Great European food selection. Amazing prices and good Deli sandwiches!
Stay away!Old, rotten, sour “bulgarian” cheese, over 1 year old in water, they added a fake expiration label on top.Salami old, stinky, I mean years old… when u open packages, it is sickening.Sales person acts like you bother her when you order, even thou you are the only customer around.Honestly, I dont know why they cover up old products in fake labels, it is not worth it.Imagine giving their own kids old rotten chesse& salami.Yuck place.
This is the most disgusting place where you experience horrible people working there, selling old stuff (bought a jar of beets 3 years after expiration date) and when I called them 20 min later, they said they don’t sell it there. Awful awful awful and I will definitely spread the word, lucky I didn’t called the department of health as this was not the first one I paid for an old stuff.Shame on them!!!!
nice little spot, not actually sure if they sell sandwiches cause i was a bit afraid to ask. the selection is a wide array of polish products so it's not the easiest to discern what you might want but i thought everything was relatively priced really well and the chips i had were delicious. the pastry display looked really nice and there seemed to be people stacking up on desserts for thanksgiving. id like to comeback to try some cold cuts.
The sandwiches are delicious. And also an incredible selection of pickles and sauerkraut.
Sorry no comment
I went to Warsaw Deli for the first time today, and got a kielbasa sandwich on a”wedge”that was excellent. I am seldom in that area except traveling on the train, but I would gladly get the same sandwich again.
I have been going to this deli for the last 15 years, ever since it was on the different street near the square. My last two visits were not professional at all. I was given the "evil" eye by one employee who was cutting meats, as if every order I was placing was annoying her, and she said things under her breath, and threw the cold cuts at me. And the second visit day before Easter, I was given the same treatment. She even blurted a curse word out in Polish. It was beyond an abusive experience. Finally, I was given plastic bags, and had to bag the items myself. I don't know what to say. When I called to ask for the owner, to simply make this a "learning experience, to train, she said that "if I go on and on" she can't say anything, and then followed that statement with saying "if you don't want to come here, you don't have to". I don't know what to say, other than to alert other shoppers of the demise of service, respect, and courtesy offered by a service deli. No matter what you say, or do, it seems like they don't want to listen.
I bought a fish, yogurt that were spoiled ! Awful! The expiration dates were tampered, that is illegal . When I opened yogurt I made sure the dates first . Customer service is always rude. toxic environment, act professional in front customers . I might not look like I speak polish , but I do . So unpleasant. Be aware people DELI means old food . ?? never again
Good Polish Deli
