We have been ordering from this place too many times to be honest when I come and eat in person it is perfect, but when I ordered over the phone we end up getting the orders wrong all the times which is not fair because we have to pay for it otherwise we will wait for an hour to get the stuff right. That will be our last time ordering because they were giving us really bad attitude’s.
Very stingy i ordered a large lomo and filled it with 90% rice that the majority was burnt very cheap with the sauce and over priced!
Good food. Unfortunately, ordering from them is super unreliable. This was second instance where my family has ordered and there were two items missing from our order. We paid all the delivery fees from grubhub, but ended up having to go to the restaurant to pick up two of the missing things we got. We asked for at the very least a discount for having to drive 20+ minutes to pick up our food, but they said no.
The "Peruvian" food isn't really Peruvian, Chupe de Camarones is too spicy so I assume that the cook is from Guatemala. Sometimes the receptionists aren't taking your orders right and when you call back to let them know, there's no satisfaction for the customer, they always win. They charge you extra for paying with credit or debit card, come on! We're trying to help you survive during these difficult times but anyways....I'm very disappointed.
Hoy compre una carne azada. Con arroz pero el arroz que me dieron, era de el rescoldo de la olla todo quemado y bien. Mal Hecho como si lo cocinaron con mucha agua no me gusto es la última ves q compro ahí. Cocineros pongan mas amor al trabajo.

Great service, great food. Everything was fresh, detailed to order. Great prices. Fast service. Followed up on request. Punctual.
Order for delivery did not understand us and then when we placed our order they got it completely wrong took them over and hour when they said would be 25 min when we got our order they got it completely wrong over charged us and we did not get two of our quesadillas then we called to complain and they played telephone passing the phone to different employees to figure out our order and then hung up

The delivery drivers steal from you. They be telling you to just sign and then when I look the the receipt on my phone that they sent it says they put tip when I didn’t physically press an option for tip. Then when I called the restaurant they passes the delivery driver on the phone saying I was lying when clearly he knows what he did. Try hiring better people
