I ordered from you online, where it says you open at 7am. I showed up to pick up my order at 7:20 and no one had shown up to work yet (except the cook, who kindly made me a parfait but couldn't make the coffee I ordered). No one is answering your phone, your voice mailbox is full, and I can't find any other way of contacting you. How do I get my money back? Never mind the 20 minutes I wasted walking to your store to pick up my order.
