This place is a joke. It makes me never want to go to a Taco Bell anywhere not just in Stamford Ct. For starters it’s filthy dirty and don’t have the smartest people working there. I went in to order food and there was about 9 workers in the back , half of them were standing around on their phones having slushees from somewhere else just laughing 10-15 mins went by and I still haven’t even placed an order yet. No one said a word to me until I finally had to get someone’s attention and was told please hold a little. I waited another 5 mins watching them put together orders from the drive thru and let’s just say I’ll never eat there again. Between being dirty and no one helping me. Never again.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. The absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. Never picked up the phone no matter how many times I’ve called. Treated my Uber drivers like garbage. If you can’t accomplish a customers order THAT NEEDS TO BE SAID. Never ordering from these guys ever again.
FYI, If you use the drive through, check your bag before leaving. Unless it's the manager working the window, you may be getting the wrong order, missing a straw, or only have one fire sauce. Other than that it's like any other Taco Bell. ?
The supervisor was very unprofessional and had an inappropriate attitude with staff. Could have handled things professionally and in line with conduct especially in front of a paying customer.
Obviously they were short staffed and showed in the inability to keep the dining room clean. Every restaurant we have visited on this trip seems to have rhis issue. However, they excelled in the food prep. We arrived during lunch, they were busy and appeared only 3 people working drive thru and prep. I watched the one person tasked with our food prep efficiently put it together with care and most importantly label. I rarely have staff label (even to wrap appropriately so the correct label is out). She not only wrapped appropriately but she took the additional step of labeling veg and steak to differentiate items wrapped similarly. TB has invested in wrappers that make this task easy and this is the first person I have seen take advantage of this step. That one step made it a five star experience for me. When I have several family members I am doling out items to and I do NOT have to unwrap the product to guess what I need to give to each person- that makes my day! That person should make employee of the year!
It's touch and go with this location as to whether you'll get your correct order or even all of your order. If you try to contact them via email or their email surveys, be prepared not to get a response back!When they get your order correct or actually provide everything ordered, it's good though!!????
Some people end up waiting for over an hour just to get told that there is/was no acknowledgement of said order. I try to avoid this place like the plague.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordering speaker is so low you can barely hear the person on the other end. Had a mobile order but that didn't matter since we couldn't understand what the person behind the speaker was saying to us. Got up to the window and they acted like we hadn't ordered at all. Told us to go wait in the parking lot. We waited and waited for about an hour until someone came out of the building shouting our name and gave us our order almost dropping it into our vehicle. Not a pleasant experience. Food was completely wet with grease and almost unedible. My Mexican pizza wasn't cut at all making it also a sloppy mess to eat. Do. Not. Go. Here.
I went a little after lunchtime on a Monday. The employee taking my order (older Asian lady) was very nice and even verified before with the employee making my order if everything was vegetarian and even checked herself without even me asking about it before I got my order. You do not see that often these days - especially in a busy fast food place.Food otherwise is standard fair for Taco Bell. Mostly commented because I was impressed with the service!
The staff are warm and friendly. They take pains to greet each and every customer. Loved it!
