I can’t get enough of their curry chicken! It is delicious and not to mention the oxtail wow. Great customer service overall. I was greeted with so much warmth from Jodi. Blessings sunshine cuisine!
Was in Stamford Connecticut today and stop by this jamaican restaurant, smh! Bought a curry goat and a Stew Chicken for my wife and boy was I DISAPPOINTED! First to comment they were not pleasant, you walked in an establishment and you would have think they would have greeted you with a smile and a warm hello, but boy oh boy. I really don't know what is going on with my country men, their attitude and food! The food is bland, fresh and has no taste! I realize that a lot of people don't like to cook, and would eat just about anything and give it a five star review, but I'm a chef by profession and know good food, and honestly speaking! I could never give this place a 3 star, even if I was trying to be nice! Sorry but the food wasn't ready at all!
If you are jonesing for jerk chicken a fine fix here. Certainly not the spiciest but their homemade juices were good....See in reply good to know. Will definitely try next time.
Really loved the rice and peas. The curry goat was good. Plantain was just one piece and it was dry and not sweet. Service was super slow. Overall good meal but pricey compared to another Jamaican restaurant in Stamford I go to.

A plus service. Very courteous and professional. Delicious food. I love getting the King Fish or Grilled Snapper. My daughter loves the beef patty with coco bread. I wish they were on Uber Eats so that I do not always have to drive there to pick up!

Nice people but poor customer service. I came into the store early morning and inquired about a very small catering dish 4 days prior to the requested date. I left my phone number and was told someone would get back to me later that day. I checked back later that day since I hadn't heard and thought I may have missed a call. I was told. 'No, I didn't forget you and someone would get back to me. NoReturn.call.at.all. I wasted a day to try and find another vendor.Bad form.*I notice they only respond to positive reviews-no effort to follow up and possibly improve.
Super friendly, open to question and great suggestions. Asked what was good, they gave it, and it was good!
