I visited this subway on 8/28 at about 9:30am. When I came in, the woman behind the counter was talking on her cell phone. I approached the counter and she looked at me as if she wanted me to tell her what I wanted while she was still holding the phone between her shoulder and her ear. I said, "Please finish up your phone call. I'm not in a rush."I then stood there for like 3 min. She never said "Sorry - one minute" "hello" or anything. I was honestly kind of taken back. Then I said to her "Actually, is now a good time for you?" At this point, she told the person on the phone "I have to go, I have a customer" (mind you I've been in the store for several minutes already).She said "Sorry, that was my boss." I told her she could be honest with me - that if she was on the phone with her boyfriend, I really didn't care. She got visibly angry with me over this and told me "I never lie."Maybe that was rude of me to say, but I felt very disrespected by this whole thing.

Today is 6/24/2020 went there with my wife. Poor poor customer service skills would not acknowledge subways deals coupons. Employee had no knowledge on it,or products. sloppy made sandwiches,burnt bread. down right awful.On top of that manager was standing right there, making rude obnoxious comments. This worst subways I ever been too. I will never return ,I will inform all friends and family never to go there!!!!

I usually love this Subway, always friendly staff and good service but recently the food is not up to par. The managers are usually great so I wouldn’t let it determine my overall rating, but the service should be more concerned with how the food is made overall. Dissatisfied with my salad this time. Overall still like the place.
