I work a couple stores down from this Starbucks so I go here quite often. I hate it here. They take unusually long for a lot of things. Waiting 20 mins each time for a quick PREmade breakfast sandwich is absolutely crazy. I don’t write bad reviews but when this happens 3xs a week it might be time to find new people.
This is one of the busiest Starbucks in town, especially around the end of the school day. If you want a quiet place to work, this isn't the cafe for you. That said, it's a Starbucks and the food and drinks are exactly what you'd expect.
Very busy Starbucks with inconsistent quality & staff. Their location gets them plenty of business but their staff is all over the place ... training badly needed. On my last visit they never bothered to call out my drink order ! Inconsist product is what kills me.
Good to know at least one business I can count on (Starbucks in general, not just the singular shop).
Seems like larger orders are always wrong!
Very unorganized. The staff were dazed and confused. There were multiple errors with customer orders and my girlfriend waited for her tea for over 15 mins even tho she placed an online order before we got there.
Great but these workers are stressed. You need to hire more, weekends can be a mad house
Travellers, this Starbucks had an impolite server that made my Starbucks experience unpleasant. I was getting coffee for a group of people. I asked for extra sugar for one of my coffees and I was told no by the server and not given extra sugar. The person who I was buying the coffee for was quite upset because we paid for premium coffee and we would have had better service at a gas station. We say pass it by.TL;DR - Bad service ?
Beautiful store. Newly remodeled... They need to show the same. Love to the store on Ridgeway
