Hello good morning I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to make one I went this morning may 9th 2022 at 8:20am to pick up my mobile order And the shift manager I believe her name is Joy was very disrespectful not only to me but the other customers as well! She’s loud GHETTO the way she talks to her employees are ridiculous!!!!
Never usually have a problem here but the “manager” was very rude; was sitting in the drive through and by the time I got to the window my drink was warm; and she wouldn’t take it back or remake it plus was very unfriendly.
My Salted Caramel Cold Brew was amazing! The drive thru line was quite a wait though.

Store has been closed for two days. Staff doesn’t show up. Yesterday the sign was written in sharpie… today it’s a wrinkled piece of paper.. happens all the time at this Starbucks
Sign scribbled in sharpie today. “Inside closed” . Not the first time this store has decided to do its own thing. Went to another Starbucks down the road and went right in.
Really the worst Starbucks location consistently. Long wait times whether you order from the app ahead of time, drive thru or lobby. Always have a lot of employees so it’s just not run properly. They shut off their order ahead all the time. Always have the actual lobby closed a few times a week and puts a sign you can do drive thru only.
