Been going to this place for years. Hands down best hibachi in Fairfield County. The sushi is on par with the hibachi and the drinks are delicious as well.
Picked up my food and drove literally 5mins home and the food was cold? How does this happen? They pre-make it and give it to me cold. Like if they made it yesterday ??♂️
Checked online on Saturday night to see what time they close. It says they closed at 11:00pm. I showed up with my friend to eat at 9:45pm and they told me it’s too late and we can’t serve you….
The owner and employees are very rude and unpleasant. I came for a nice dining experience and left never wanting to return due to the staff alone.
We had a great birthday party at the Hibachi tables. The service was a bit lacking as they didn't give us water until everyone asked for it, but the food was good for the price. Overall the kids had fun and we will come back.
Food was just OK. Except the hibachi chef everyone else was unpleasant and very rude. Terrible customer service. There are plenty more choices. Do not recommend unless you want to be insulted.
Solid hibachi spot with good sushi as well… pricing is very reasonable
I would give a 4 star because the one meal I've had here was ok. My third time i tried purchase the same meal salmon and brown rice the girl informed me it was $2 extra, like why? I'm a frequent buy from a few other Asian restaurant and never have the upcharged for brown, which so many people don't really buy in the first place. My small meal went from $24 to $26 and that is a hello no. You found a customer but now you lost her because of greed.
Absolutely AWFUL customer service!!! Disgusting the way they treat their customers!!!! Food is okay, but as a restaurant they wouldn’t be running without customers, they should have a little bit of respect for people that spend a great deal of money on their food. I ordered delivery and they got my order completely wrong!!!! They did not give me what I ordered, I just spend a very large amount on them as well! I spoke to the manager and he told me “you’re making me mad, nothing I can do” excuse me? I asked him simply if he could refund some or send me the correct food- how is it fair that I ordered food and they sent me the wrong food??? He said sorry we gave you the wrong order nothing I can do…. What?! The manager was unbelievably rude to me, had no class at all. Refused to give me the name of another manager or the owner. This is a RESTAURANT. They should not be refusing to give me a name.. completely disrespectful terrible customer service.
On Sundays, kids under 10 can have Hibachi for $1.00. One adult must order a Hibachi entree with drink for each kid taking advantage of this deal. Yes, you'll have to pay $3 extra for anyone who wants fried rice, but its damn good and worth the $3 bucks. The food is tasty and fresh and the portions are hearty. The place is efficiently run. For the people that are complaining that they felt "rushed" this isn't a Parisian cafe where the expectation is that you hang out for 5 hours. Theres like 7 possible items you can order (and combinations of them) on the Hibachi menu (Chicken, Steak, Filet Mingnon, Salmon, Scallops, Lobster, Shrimp) so the expectation is that when they come to take your order you're ready to rock. When you're done they bring the check and then you leave. I appreciate that type of service.
