Celebrated our daughter's 12th bday with her friends today. Service was lovely and the manager and wait staff were really good- no complaints at all. We got salads and pizzas and it was scrumptious! Love the new location.very spacious and roomy and a great place for even date nights!
What an Amazing Pizzeria - Thin Crust Great Undercarriage and the variety is excellent. They do Connecticut Pie proud.Staff is wonderful - Jolie was a treat and Michael the Director of Operations was exceptional.Great for a meal with friends or a big event.Gorgonzola salad pizza was out of this ?
This place is problematic. The food is subpar compared to other Pizza locations in the area, but the real problem comes with the management. The managerial staff show a level of incompetence that is impressive. I warn others to not make the same mistake of visiting that I did and it is absolutely not worth a second visit until, at the very least, a managerial overhaul is completed.
What a horrible service . Went with a big party for my sons birthday, and they brought half the food and waited another 40 min for other people to get their pizzas . Most order cheese so not sure how you screw that up. The sangrias were so watery , and when i asked the "manager" he was so rude, but they did give us chardonnay's as replacements.The pizzas were still good though, maybe good for a couple , but definitely not a party.The waiters are nice , so it's hard to write this review, so with pain in my heart i have to warn people what a terrible service this place has.
Really good second location for Riko’s - general atmosphere inside is almost perfect… a little too much, what looks to be, forced style…Pizza is a fantastic Stamford pizza - wings were great - drinks were great.
The service is horrible. Waitress brought a check despite nobody have asked her to, which felt like being kicked out. After paying, the waitress caught me and my friend at the bathroom on the way out and said she brought the wrong check, so we had to wait for her to cancel old transaction, bring new check, etc. After waiting for her to fix her mistake, we left 10% tip instead of 20%. She felt entitled to 20% tip and said she uses that money to feed her kids, and called me a scumbag. Complained to the managers, and they simply ignored us saying there is nothing they can do. Asked the waitress to apologize and she apologized for making a mistake with a wrong check, denying that she ever called me a scumbag. Very rude and unprofessional. If I did this at my job, I would have been fired immediately. A few days later decided to order pizza online (the chain itself is not bad). The order took 1.5 hours and was 40 minutes late, pizza arriving cold. This place doesn’t deserve a single star. Steer clear.
Nice contemporary setting, noisier than I prefer. The pizza is ok, we will explore their options, but our first meal here was underwhelming. Lively setting will have to try happy hour…
Rikos is the best, hands down.
