I just spent 35 dollars and the rude guy who’s been working there for years refused to give me 4 honey mustard cups. I can deal with rude customer service from every single person who works there but now you’re trying to charge me for a couple extra watered down honey mustard cups. I’m definitely done with this place. Maybe you should hire a staff that has some people skills
This review is coming from someone who has NEVER written a restaurant a bad review. Reddi Rooster is one of my favorite go-to spots. I’ve been going here so long that I remember when it used to be garden catering. Over a multitude of years customer service has continued to worsen. The workers there are EXTREMELY rude. However, my last straw is that the past THREE times that I’ve gone, the chicken has been overwhelmingly undercooked. The chicken is soggy, wet, and difficult to bite into. Perhaps a practice has changed but it is visibility NOT cooked enough. Unfortunately, you have lost a life long customer. I would recommend garden catering down town! Much much better customer service.
Terrible buffalo chicken wrap. Tiniest thing I’ve ever seen and there’s dried out, chewy chicken with buffalo sauce and dressing and a cold, loose wrap. Nothing else in the wrap. $10. Never again!
A stamford staple. The special is great. I love the hot rocks. The rosey o is a perfect breakfast sandwich.
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese in the morning for breakfast. Wasn’t a “wow” sandwich but wasn’t that bad either.
This spot is amazing. I’ve literally eaten there all week.
Bacon egg and cheese with cones 10/10 !!! Amazing
This place is terrible. I tried to give it more than one chance but they honestly don’t deserve any clientele. They are rude. They mess up orders more than get the orders right. The times I tried to tell them about my messed up orders, they were combative everytime, as if it was my fault and not theirs. Many times I would order extra sauce, which you have to pay for by the way, I would also put it in the delivery notes and yet still somehow the sauce I paid extra for would still be missing. Honestly this place is a copy of this place I know and love called Chicken Joe’s. The only reason I started going to reddi rooster is that the one in New Rochelle where I grew up was closer to me, now that I’m in CT reddi is closer than the Chicken Joe’s in CT to me but I’ll drive a little further for great service, respect and ALWAYS on point food. I’ve been going to chicken Joe’s since I was in highschool, you want great quality food and amazing service…go there. In my years of going there I have never had one bad experience.
Good service and good food, just too small space to keep a good distance.
Good chicken any way you want it!
