Slow service, totally unmotivated staff 1 other customer and we had to wait 20 mins. Freestyle coke machine broken over two years now. Not the nicest friendliest place to drop 25 buck for lunch. Off the list
Visited this Popeyes tonight. Was greeted by a young man named Noel. He was such a wonderful person; from the moment we spoke on the intercom; he had me laughing and was so helpful and kind. I’ve had a really hard past few months and this young man made me remember the good in people.The world could use more young men like Noel. I’d eat here every day if he was there. Best staff member hands down!
I would like to recognize Mohammed, for the exceptional and amazing customer service experience received when I came in to purchase dinner. My order was ready in a blink of an eye! And it hot and fresh.Great work Mohammed!

Tonight I spent $63 on a meal. I specifically asked for SPICY chicken on drivethru. I even confirmed before making a payment that I was getting SPICY chicken. I was told yes. This is not the only time this store has done this. The least they could have done is say they don't have SPICY chicken or just some SPICY chicken. They are dishonest, I would recommend everyone to check their food before taking it home and be completely disappointed.
Second time I've placed an order for lunch, pick it up and was never advised that they rand out of what i had ordered. Not until i walk back in do they say yeah we're out of that so we just substituted something for you. A simple, oh hey by the way we ran out of XYZ, what can we substitute that for you would be received much better. Check your orders ASAP!
Terrible! They ALWAYS get my order wrong. Was told on a Friday night because it was Friday if I wanted a combo it had to be a large!On another occasion pulled up to the drive thru at 9:45 PM for them to tell me they were closed. Per the website they closed at 11 that day.Customer service is terrible! Workers constantly use foul language.Plus, the food is always cold!Picture of my "5 wing combo"
Delicious fried chicken. Is so much better than KFC. The cashiers are a little slow, but it's ok.
Terrible experience!! This Popeye's location in Stamford Ct is just terrible. We ordered/paid for our food online before arriving there & they did not have any of the food item's we ordered. We also ordered online in hope's that it would decrease the wait time. We still ended up waiting for 45 minutes. We will not be returning.
We went there nice n cooked just craving a nice chicken sandwich. A few good ole boys just trynna enjoy our Friday with the finest of cuisine. We get there to find out that all they had was bone in chicken... this had us shook.. still getting over this
