They were unfortunately very unfriendly, and then when I went to pick up my Hawaiian bowl, there was no tuna in it (which apparently I need to pay extra for). Will not be revisiting. I also tried calling them multiple times to speak about my order and there was no answer, so there's no way to get any customer service or money back on my bowl of rice. The woman in the store was not giving me or other customers any attention (I saw her be rude to one other customer who ended up walking out). If you want a bowl of plain rice for $18 with a side of attitude, then go for it!
Horrible service. We walked in, and the girl working the counter made us order at the kiosk rather than order at the counter. We placed our order, other people walked in after we had placed our order and they were not asked to order at the kiosk and were taken care of immediately. When we approached the girl and mentioned it, she didn’t acknowledge us and then proceeded to almost prepare the wrong order until we had to correct her. Mind you, the manager was sitting there the whole time and didn’t even acknowledge us even after hearing our complaint. His only remedy at the end was to give us an extra tea for the wait, which added even more time to our wait. In total we spent over 30 minutes waiting for our food, while 3 people came in after us and all left before us. Horrible business practice.
These kids work so hard and the food is really good. Always have a good experience and food is always consistently good! The place is clean and the food is fresh.

Best poke bowls hands down, yummy fresh ingredients, perfect rice and sauces. Love this place .

I don't like to write bad reviews. However, I hope my experience helps the company to improve. I love poke bowls and based on some of the reviews I wanted to try pokemoto. I got so disappointed because I ordered online and when I picked up the food they didn't close the lid properly so some of the toppings fell and also the bag and receipt were somehow dirty. When I was eating the pokebowl the rice didn't taste good and the tuna and salmon taste old and bitter. I couldn't eat the pokebowl because I was afraid of getting sick which It happened anyway. My advice is please get fresh fish for your future customers and improve your service.
