Food is good service was too slow, took they’re time for everything!
We ordered our food and 10mins later was greeted by another waiter and asked to place our order. Thank goodness our order had been put through. We had to ask for water and silverware. The ambiance and food made up for lack of service. I had brisket end borland it was delicious. There a great walkway on water for after meal walk.
Such lovely staff and the food is great! They even gave us a burrito free of charge! Highly recommend :) we got enchiladas, the Mexican jambalaya bowl, and rice and beans!
The pier is great to be there and have a walk at night, about mexicue I was really hoping it to have a little mote ambient, it was a saturday night and not a bit of music playing, so I got bored and went out for a walk. But it is a nice looking place for something else like a date or just if you don't want to feel all the fuzz about weekends .
Went there for lunch, margaritas were great and food was delicious. Service was attentive.
As soon as you walk in, you immediately sense that no one working there actually wants to be there. We were “greeted” by the hostess who was on her phone and proceeded to take us to the dining room and tell us to “sit wherever” – all while STILL glued to her phone. The service was mediocre, at best. The waiter to forever to bring our drinks out and mind you - there were 3 other (small) tables occupied at that time. We ordered an appetizer and the waiter did not come back to clear out plates. We wanted to order more drinks and the waiter would not stop at our table, we had to actively call on him multiple times to get his attention. The food arrived and taste wise it was fine. We got two tacos (which were cold) and one jambalaya burrito (which had 3 pieces of chorizo and no chicken). We didn’t even bother to send the food back because it would’ve taken too long to get it back - but even longer to get the waiter’s attention. Safe to say, we will not be back unless significant changes are made. It’s very disappointing to see a well decorated and well located restaurant with such potential been ran by people who simply put, do not care.
This service was TERRIBLE. They wasted so much of our time.First, we ordered one of the set menus food, but when we got our food the sauce was missing. The waiter never told us ANYTHING about the missing sauce. Then once we told him about the sauce, he told us the sauce was not available so he would give us a free food of something else on the menu. (Yet he should’ve still told us about the sauce.) Then, we told him what we wanted and ended up waiting for around 40 minutes. They kept on coming to us and saying to wait but it never even came back.

Nice location but disappointing service. Many of the waitstaff came by to take our order. Once we ordered, they stayed away. We ordered two drinks then two tacos. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks to come. We had to remind our waiter, who said the bar was backed up. Coincidentally our drinks came right after we inquired. Our tacos came one minute later. They were good, not great. Food and drink is pricey and honestly, not worth it. Service is just too slow, or uninterested, or unmotivated.
