The food is mediocre and last time I was there my daughter nearly had her finger cut off in their extremely dangerous door. Luckily while her finger was about to fall off the server was sure to hurry and get the check over to me so they could be paid timely.
My favorite restaurant for a reason and it always continues to remind me every time I've been there.
Got two trays of lasagna and chicken scarp. The lasagna was pretty much inedible no noodles and a slab of meat ontop disgusting. The chicken in the scarp was giant pieces. These people are too lazy to do there job and just care about making a buck
It's very possible the pizza here is the best in all of CT, and quite possibly the Tri State. I try to base my decisions on posting about food with consistency. I've had Mario's well over a dozen times at this point and it is always 100% consistent. The sauce is absolutely amazing. When we order pizza my 5 year old ONLY wants Mario's. I'm not knocking other local pizza joints like Riko's or Bronx House because they are solid but doesn't come close to Mario's.

Food doesn’t tates fresh. Expensive and bad tates. Environment is horrible.
Ordered through Slice. Waited over an hour. Called Slice. They said it was on its way. Called Mario’s they said the guy was late getting there. Guy shows up a half hour later and says Mario’s made him. wait. Everything was cold.
They understood the assignment. I like everything I've tasted so far
Best Italian food in Fairfield county and the best staff they always make everyone feel welcome and the food is to die for all of it
Pizza's are priced great and come quickly. Salads and other dishes are also good.
