Lovely little coffee shop. Like most places locally, prices have gone up, but the quality has stayed consistent. Their drip and lattes are always fresh and handcrafted. Small bites were also available, pastries and sweets.Atmosphere was very energetic and inviting. The staff was relatively friendly, but busy.5/5 will be back when in town again.
We love it here - staff is exceptional as is the coffee & other comestibles. Don't get me started on the cute af interior with pop-out window seating! Such an awesome place, a must-stop when in downtown Stamford.
We went for breakfast and we tried the avacado toast. I would say I have had better at otherplaces. I might not come back because there aren't many vegetarian options and the lady at the counter wasn't super helpful or maybe not in the mood to talk about the menu.Update: I have been back here for coffee and I like their coffee. One time, I got a vegetarian sandwich and I liked that. Lorca has changed some stuff and the staff is better. I updated my stars too!
Awful service. We waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich only to be told that they have no more eggs. The barista instead of being apologetic, couldn’t careless. When the customers started asking questions, he in his black “Dertbag” t-shirt visibly showed frustration and mouthed “Jesus Christ.”Jesus isn’t going to save your business from bad service and bad attitude. Only you can do that.We will never come back here again
Great coffee spot in Downtown Stamford that always has seasonal drinks throughout the year. They also have great churros and breakfast/lunch options as well!
It was a Monday like a Sunday since it was a holiday. Quiet. I pass it every morning but never see a spot. Today easy peasy -there was no one on the road at 8:30 am. So I went in and did two things I would not ordinarily do. Ordered a delicious latte and a pastry!! The guy who took my order was sweet and had perfect recommendations. I wanted to sit inside but I didn’t want to be alone. I sat in my car and held the cup in my hands and inhaled the aroma while I thought to myself. Next time I’ll come with a friend. Next time I’ll let the Lorca feeling last a little longer. Next time.
It's the only cafe at Stamford downtown open till late (7 pm). The chai tea latte had very weak flavor and was overpriced for what it is. Music is loud. But, people are nice. I would come back if I wanted a place to hang out later in the day and try their churros instead of getting tea.

I love the atmosphere here! Great espresso drinks and I especially love that they use housemade oat milk. Employees are friendly and I always feel like family. Been going here consistently since 2019.
Their lattes, churros and guava muffins are THE best! Haven’t had a drink I didn’t like from Lorca. ♥️
