Better experience eating fried chicken at a kfc than the bronx... I said I would never eat kfc again until someone told me it was worth it.
They do not carry extra crispy that is NOT spicy. Its on the menu, but they do not carry it.
So slow and I ordered mobile they didn’t have my order ready until 30 minutes after the pick up time
The Mountain Dew was so old, I tried it and threw up my food. Never again
Avoid this location like the Plague! The workers there have to be the most incompetent people ever. We've ordered a few times for delivery and EVERY TIME something is wrong and items missing. We always wait a few months and try again hoping THIS time they will get it right...just to be disappointed. The ticket CLEARLY says 2 Pot Pie Fillups. One can argue that underneath itemizing each one it says one. I would accept that but we got TWO pot pies as ordered but ONE drink and ONE cookie.NEVER AGAIN!!!!This place needs to close. Norwalk is only 10 minutes away. They will get our business from now on.
They can get busy but they have always been friendly
Chicken is good, I got it for my birthday last year. However, the last time I ate the chicken drumsticks, I got redness in my left arm. A few minutes later, my right arm got red too. Everytime I ate another drumstick, my arms get redder and itchier. Sadly, that will be the last time I will eat from here.
Staff seems confused about customer service chicken fried out like cook from day before.
