EVERYONE NEEDS TRAINING IN THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER!!!Food was good at least the food we got. Service was horrible and management was even worse. Manager told us come back next time I will take care of you this time we assigned you wrong server. After asking twice for an entree that never came out we asked for it to be canceled as everyone else was pretty much done with food. Manager comes and asks how is everything would you like to order something else that will come out faster. Then get offered fried ice cream but then never get that as well. We did bring a small container of ice cream if could be put in freezer. Someone opened it and decided to put strawberries in it then put back in bag and brought over as if never touched. We don't know why was done problem with that is allergic to strawberries so had to be thrown out. All manager said We we got was wrong server come again will be different.EVERYONE NEEDS TRAINING IN THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER!!!
Deeply saddened by what's going on with this restaurant, it used to be my favorite sushi place in Stamford but the last two orders were disappointing. About a month ago, the fish didnt feel very fresh. Today,the rice of the sushi was undercooked. I also requested additional sauce for the tropical roll both via app, and made a phone call to ensure they would do so, but they didn't. I supported Kashi by ordering fo4 delivery during the pandemic and am truly unhappy to see their QA isn't there anymore or they don'tl care sbout their loyal clients. Disappointed.
Food was amazing, service was great, the decor was beautiful. Nice place for a romantic dinner for two.

Yes, yes, and more yes.We were visiting friends near downtown and walked to Kashi on their recommendation. The whole feel of the restaurant was awesome (think: dramatic lighting, cool music, etc). The menu had a little something for everyone. I don't think I have ever had a larger or fresher seaweed salad in my life. Raw Naruto roll was excellent too. The table also enjoyed the the short ribs app and all of their hand rolls were delicious. I paired with a nice Rosé (Provence). Service was attentive and quick. If we are there again, we most definitely be back.
The service was great and friendly. I asked what was the spiciest sushi roll and got it. Also got to try a bit of the fish and veggies which I enjoyed as well. Calamari was great and the sauces were not too salty or bland. Lastly, great music selection throughout the night.
Best sushi in town. The hibachi is great as well. Love going here for a quick lunch during the work week and also dinner on the weekends. Also the place is kept very clean.
Best Sushi and Sashimi in the area hands down. Service is on point and the food preparation and presentation is on another level. So beautiful, so fresh and the unique sauces and combinations make this a must try. My large party have had a great time everytime we choose Kashi for dinner.
