Has anyone else had stomach issues after eating here yesterday?
I order from the app all the time. Sandwich always ready and the staff is always friendly.
Unnecessarily nice people working here! Thank you so much for being so kind to us and having a great attitude working in a customer facing role is not easy
Slow, slow, slow always here. Painful when you are on a lunch break from work. Ordered cheesesteaks on app, 30 minutes to pick up it said, get there 30 minutes later and not ready. Someone in line orders a cheesesteak while I am there waiting and somehow he gets his cheesesteak before I do and I ordered at this point 35 minutes earlier! WHAT? How is this possible?And my "Big Kahuna" cheesesteak was like a snack. Portions have shrunk. There is nothing big about a big kahuna so don't be mislead you are getting a big sandwich bc it is not.
Got a lot better! I thought I wont return after past experience, but decided to check it after a while. And you know what, good to give a place a second chance.
First, I did make the mistake of going there a little before Noon today, Saturday. There were two sets of two people ahead of me. One pair placed their order. About six people joined me in line. I waited at least 10-15 minutes and not only were no more orders taken in line, the order that I was taken still wasn't ready. Every employee was working on to go orders! I went next door to Chipotle, also new, and it wasn't much better.
Quickest way to order here is online. The people that work here are nice. They always make sure to great you when you walk in.
In plain sight, the person preparing lettuce at a slicer was using her cellphone with the same gloved hand that she used to gather the lettuce. I pointed this out and was told the lettuce was washed after she handled it. I doubt they wash it in anything strong enough to remove all the pathogens added from her phone. Basic food safety controls are not in place.
The food was good but they are a bit on the pricey side.
Don’t bother ordering online they won’t make your food until they feel like it. Ordered online and arrived 15 min later - two people on line when I arrived and one arrived after me and they were all out the door before they even started my sandwich, which was made incorrectly. Not worth it
