I ordered two individual burgers & French fries. They gave me two double hamburgers and fries for over $25 ! By the time I noticed we were back home ! Plenty of extra fries in the bag. Check your order carefully. Burger was tastefully done.
The burger here are amazing and the service is one of a kind. They have a great menu selection and the service staff are the best.
It was very yummy but I did not expect to pay $32 for two burgers a soda and an order of fries!
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and grilled onions. I didn't ask for two patties but I got it and was charged for it. The total was $16 for the cheeseburger and a medium drink. Even though the quality of the meat was good, the lettuce was just a clump and was very pale. The pricing almost knocked me off my seat. I think these guys are sipping too much of their own bourbon. The service was just okay and I wouldn't say that the place was immaculate, as it should be. At this particular location there's no seating in the main area you have to take their elevator up to a second level and again it wasn't meticulously clean.
Great food, served quickly. With a nice variety of food. The service at the restaurant is also good. But the price can be a bit high at times. Sometimes it’s hard to fit a larger group of people at the seating area.
Honestly in utter shock over my experience here. I just left this location about 20 minutes ago and all I ordered was a medium fries. I was order number 21. You know when you order fries the guy dumps a bunch of extra fries in the bag… we’ll he didn’t. He just filled the white cup and but it in my bag. NO EXTRA FRIES. NO EXTRA FRIES!!!! I’m triggered and will be posting about this on the next door app so all my fellow neighbors can stay away and not have to go through such a horrible experience.
Decent food there, burgers extremely greasy for some reason. The soda from the soda machine there tasted weird. Service was very slow
Burgers are good, the fries greasy but good, however, the prices are too much.
Look, five guys is okay, the burgers are good, and so are the French fries, however, they give you too many french fries if that's possible, and I just wanted a regular single cheeseburger and they gave me a double, then it was over $27 for a burger fries and a coke, that's just way too much money, so I don't think I'll be going there again.
Usually enjoy this Five Guys, but no longer consider it safe. Just went intending to have lunch and, seeing a customer standing around without a mask, found they do not require customers to wear masks, even while at the condiment station or using the drink machines. Was told they won’t do so. So, no proof of vaccination, plus no mask required.
