My son went in to use the restroom before purchasing something and they told him there was no restroom. I drove around back a there was a restroom. When I went in and approached them about lying they said we lost the key. They just didn’t want him to use the restroom. RUDE!!
The young man at the register was totally unaware of their specials and misinformed me and was charging me the regular price and not the price of the offer.Didn't also like the fact that the sign on the front door clearly stated Mask Mandate and they allowed several customers, even a group of 5 to walk in without a mask. I had to speak up.
I ordered a frozen chocolate, saw that it was being rung up as a frozen coffee, tried correcting but was brushed off and assured things would come out right, but they didn't; I was served a frozen coffee! Having ordered food too, by the time the drink was remade, the food was cold! Do not go here if you need to give instructions on orders; they will not listen.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, with only 2 customers ahead of me. Line for pick-up window was 10 people, and many orders weren't filled correctly. There appeared to be only 2 staff member's working at 10 am on a Sunday morning....odd since there's usually more employees than that.

I ask for a small coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar and I received a coffee with one cream and 1 sugar. Because I am lazy I returned the coffee and ask the lady to add one more of cream and sugar.
