I ordered some munchkins through dunkin app for drive through pick up today at 9:57 PM on July 11th, but the store employee simply refused to serve me the order saying he has to close the store and nothing is available, even though the store closing time on app appeared to be 11 PM. Not only the store employee refused to cancel/refund my order, he started shouting at me forcing me to drive off. This is simply unacceptable. I am shocked to see this kind of customer service where store employees are empowered to mistreat customers and not refund their money in the event of not being able to serve the order. I have never had such experience ever at any store where I would have paid money to get nothing in return. I urge store owner to look into this seriously and strive to keep the reputation of store intact by not letting such employees mistreat the returning customers.

this tall colored guy took my order and made it completely wrong i was given a latte when asked for a macchiato and when i got my food the sourdough Breakfast sandwich the bacon was burnt

While recently in Stamford, I had a craving for a latte. I ordered ahead on the app for drive through. This location has the strangest drive through I have ever seen. Next time I will pick up my order inside.

Ordered through the app and when I got to the store they ran out of donuts...at Dunkin donuts. They also refused to credit me back the money I had paid through the app. Class acts.

Service is horrible! After waiting about 15 minutes at the drive through although I ordered through the mobile app 5 minutes before I was met with rude customer service! The man literally yelled at me because I didn’t know what he was saying to me. Definitely so not come here if you just want a good cup of coffee.

Very poor customer service. After patiently waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only one person in front I had to deal with a rude staff. The young lady at the window was rude and didn't know how to properly communicate nor how to ring up a promo. She insisted on arguing with me when I tried to point out to her that I was overcharged and refused to take a look at my receipt. She kept telling me it was taxes, that made the bill high. I asked her how can taxes be so high to inflate that amount. Simple math explains that. I was trying to point out to her on the receipt that the dollar amount of the item was more than it should be and that's why it was high not the taxes...smh.She refused to look at the receipt and threw her hands up in the air with a loud sigh and a rude expression. I had to her the manager involved. Dunking Donuts need to properly train their staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. They hired this new guy that is extremely anxious , gets flustered easily and starts complaining every time I go there, which was twice in last three weeks . First time I saw him he said it was way too hot outside for them to make food and would not take any food orders. Next time I saw him he starts shouting angrily that’s he’s alone and can only take drink orders and no food . Jeez dude , if you can’t work in the food industry go find another job. Shaking my head…….they used to have really good staff .

This place has gone downhill fast . They are slow and rude !! I had the pleasure of dealing with Todd a very unprofessional, rude and obnoxious employee. His supervisor was also sitting right there and didn’t say a word . I will never go back to this place again . I understand being understaffed but rude is not acceptable. What happened to the nice Spanish guy who always had a smile on his face and was very friendly.
