How can you tell your kids to "say no to drugs" then drive them to Dunkin and encourage them to drink the sugary drinks (which cause them to act like itchy crack heads)??
Donuts are not at fluffy as they used to be and coffee tastes like water.
One person working , dead slow. 20 mins to get coffee. Person said he will need to make hot coffee!Go figure a coffee store that has no coffee ready.Then serves you a cup of hot milk.! No idea how to serve coffee.America does not run on this!
Walked in at around 10AM and everyone was just standing around with no clear direction as to where the line started and ended. This place has an odd flow due to the fact that they make you go closer to the door to pick up your order instead of further down into the store. After we sat down at what I might add was a very sticky table and chairs, more people had piled in and because of where the pickup counter is, they were crowding and blocking the door. Coffee stirrers were not available. Staff was polite and they didn't seem to have any trouble with the workload. Overall, a "just okay" location.
The Dunkin’ Donuts the the ShopRite plaza in west main is horrible I went in at 3 pm on February 13 to get a coffee and some other thing I didn’t even order because the girl working the she looks young with a hijab completely ignored us I said hi twice thing she was going to take my order since she is the only one there she walked away twice. I was ready to order when a mobile order walked in and she started doing her order without saying sorry or anything she also kept spitting into the sink twice for some reason Dunkin has been horrible since it got under new management everywhere and got rehires horrible customer service and don’t even know how to talk to people do better!!!!!!!!
Walk in wait and wait still no service but 3 girls just talking no hi can I help you. Waited 5 no service I walk out won’t come back again
Needs more staff....a very long wait. Only 1 employee behind the counter!!
