Convenient location! I use the drive-thru service in the evening after work. No lines and the staff is courteous. My order is on point every time!
3 times I went to the drive thru and had the wrong order, and always I need repeated 4 times my order and even so the attendant said she didn't understand. Service is getting terrible.
The food was very hot and fresh
Been sitting here at the drive-thru for good 10 minutes nobody answers the intercom or came to the window at the banging on it a few times now it's 10:05 at there was here at 9:56 worse yet
They should close this location once and for all or train their employees better. Every time you go buy something they never have anything, their Latte machine is always broken or at least that’s what the guy that works the Night Shift says. Every time I go and he’s working the machine is broken but when I go in the morning is working.
This place never gets anything right they don’t care that customers are paying for product plus paying for their shifts… they never get the coffee right nor do they stir it, I asked for hash browns well done 99% of the time they don’t listen to the well done part and that 1% they did and they burnt it so bad that I can’t even bite it it’s like a rock! I never had these issues at other Dunkin’s it’s convenient to go there because of the drive thru but the service is horrible and product

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t ever order from here - the staff barely speaks English & they gave me 3 black coffees when I ordered 2 with milk & sugar. Incompetent when I tried to ask for a refund - was on the phone with them for 20 mins.
Staff is very rude , I ask one small coffee they take time 30 minutes for just 1 coffee . Worst sarvice
