First time going to this DD and the Associate was by himself and the reason I give 4 stars ? is because, this Associate never lost his temper or his kool, even thought the store looked dirty floors but what I don't understand they always do this, and it was a weekend that they should have to Associate working @ all times regardless... and people were coming in and he never lost his patience and as I was leaving even a police officers was going in..So I tip my hat to him, Good job!!!
Great workers and clean outside tables
I don't know how a chain can be bad but this dunkin fails me every single time. Order a chai tea? You're getting a disgusting coffee. Order a doughnut? You're getting a greasy pile of dough.I know dunkin isn't supposed to be a fine dining experience, but this location takes the cake for sketchy vibes and spoiled food. How hard is an iced coffee with two sugars? For the sole employee working there, apparently impossible.Also last time I went there was a homeless man dissecting a doll with a knife on the only table with a bunch of loose wires and electronics. Somehow I trust him to make my coffee more than the usual workers.

Want to start off... I know there was only ONE employee working. Didn't think anything of it. My daughters went to order...They asked for a frozen chocolate and two muffins (one blueberry & one chocolate) It was a treat for them because it was a Friday and we all were a bit hungry. We got our order, both of my daughters surprised there was no whipped cream. They said it just tasted like water and chocolate. The frozen chocolate was really chunky too. (I wont blame the employee for the whipped cream mistake because my daughters obviously didn't specify.) We went back into the car. my daughter ate the chocolate chip muffin. The muffin was VERY rough might have been sitting at this dunkin donuts for DAYS. The inside was also hard and not enjoyable. we didn't have a good experience here. Never Again! I suggest new management and more employees that actually restock their old hard sweets into fresh new ones.

Ease of ordering & reasonable prices
I was disappointed that by 330 they were out of spider donuts! they also no longer carry the pomegranate blueberry drink that I like and it was hard for the cashier to understand my request. It was also understaffed.
the ice coffee they gave me was complete trash tastes so bad
