Staff is quick efficient and friendly.
My friend and I were seating at the table enjoying our coffee and donuts when out of the blue a Dunkin employee was sweeping very noisy around us and then he even asked us to move to another table so that he can continue his job. Very disrespectful!! He shoud have wait until we were gone.

I love that Dunkin' donuts the staff is always very friendly they can just do a better job on the cleanliness of the place but other than that it's great
So slowly workers .They take forever to take your order.they close the bathroom and put it out of order.
I go to this exact Dunkin frequently and every time I go whether it’s busy or not I believe they make it busy because they take forever to take your order and or they can never hear you. Something needs to be done staff wise to get the flow going a bit better if I had the choice I wouldn’t go back but unfortunately it’s the closest to my workplace so I really hope something can be done.
I think it’s safe to say that none of the employees placed at the top of their class.
I've been there twice and both times the Staff were pleasant and helpful but the last time I went there the air condition was not working that's not good it was so hot I don't know how the young man stay there and work that needs to change.
The place didn't have air conditioning and the door was open so that the employees could breathe,in turn there were flies all over the donuts and bagels. I pointed out to the cashier Jessica about the flies on the food,she ignored it and repeated that the air conditioning was not working.Management should not have people working under these conditions.Customers should not buy food that is unsafe.
