every time I go to Elms street it is a long line of cars and inside there are too many employees doing nothing or talking and when you are going to receive your order you have to wait for them to deliver the order through the window and they give you the wrong one, today they gave me a croissant with mold or expired with green spots .....disgusting, - too slow and too many employees fooling around..
I went to to donut delight on hope st at 1:15 AM ON 7/6/22 in Stamford ct.. the employee was extremely disrespectful my donuts were a total disaster!! Not only did he not use gloves to pack my donuts but no wax paper was placed in between each donut.. the chocolate was stuck to every donut and the bag was full of chocolate!!! The employee said we need to ask for wax paper!!! UNHEARD OF!!!! We exchanged words I don’t feel I need to do someone’s job he called me a f…… B …. as I was driving off ! I will be calling a manager he also told me he didn’t care if I called his manager more then one time..

I like their donuts….. however I ordered iced chai tea latte. They put too much ice I only got 5-6oz of actual drink for $5….. and I made a point that they put way less actual drink in a cup and I was told “did you ask for light ice?” I said no but I didn’t expect to get 5-6oz amount of drink for large iced beverage. she said “yea but….. “ so if you want any iced baverge. Make sure you say light lice!
Love this place. Literally 24 hrs. Try the iced coffee smoothie.
The donuts are great, they are much better and bigger than Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff is also nice and helpful there is also a bathroom there and a drive through.
I go here for the convenience of a drive thru. The ladies that greet you at the window are always so nice, they say good morning and are always smiling.
This was one of my go-to spots when I lived in Stamford. It was nice to pay it a visit again. I have never been disappointed with the variety and freshness of their product line. It is nice to see that they have maintained their standards.
I love their food and coffee and they have great costumer service.
My latte and breakfast sandwich were disappointing. There was barely any meat on the sandwich and my chi latte was so watered down! Such a waste of money!
