Terrible service. 3rd time I’ve ordered delivery here and it’s taken over an hour. No one answers the phone. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered carside pickup, got home order was completely wrong. Called in to let them know and was advised that I would have to go back and pick up the correct order. Went back to the store and reordered for takeout, open up the box and one of this pizzas was still not right!!The server Shariv (if thats how his name is spelled) was very rude and has 0 Customer Service skills. Not to mention the store has tons of flies. Will not be ordering from them again!
0 stars … been more than 1:30 for my order and it STILL hasn’t gotten here. I’ve called 9 times all times straight to voice mail
Delivery is terrible, phone doesn't work. I get disconnected within seconds. Calling support doesn't help, they immediately send you to the disconnected number. Where's my food?
Terrible Service!Every time I order from here it’s take OVER an hour to be delivered regardless of the fact that it says your order will arrive between 25-35 mins. If you try to track your food on the app- it never gets updated. And if you try to call the STORE for an update…haha! Good luck! It’s either off the hook or it just rings until the line clicks off. And they never deliver to my door (even with directions), I always have to meet them in the street or the driveway. I don’t know why I bother to order from here anymore. 100% do not recommend.
Very poor customer service. The guy who answered the call at 3:30 pm on December 15th 2021 was very ill mannered. He should be fired right away. He was literally screaming over the phone. This guy should learn how to talk to a regular loyal customer.

The second time i ordered and my food never came. I’m so disappointed I’m about to head over to the store and start screaming.
I just picked up my pizza and wanted to leave a good review. I placed it online and it was ready upon pick up. The pizza was good. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the gentleman continued to make his pizza while I waited for a few min for him to finish. I would recommend that he would help a customer in store to simply pick up their pizza which would take a few seconds to hand over the pizza.
