Great food and the guy at the register was super cool didn’t get his name but great customer service and everything came out perfect !
Always ask for your receipt they came after I placed an online order it stated 21.97 when the delivery driver came he told me the total was $25 I asked for the receipt and he told me he didn’t have it so I pulled up the order on my phone and showed him it was $21.97 he just said ok gave me my change and walked away I have to whole thing on security camera too thief's!!!
Bad customers service, I've been calling the location at 946 Hope Street, Stamford Ct 06907 they never picked up the phone. Ten(10) calls after someone picked up, I told them how that's is bad for business and their customers, ten(10) calls after for one of them to pick up the phone. I didn't even place my order because the person hung up the phone. Since after that, they blocked my number and my address, I want to know how this is fair for customers. Ten (10) calls after, soon as someone picks up just because u told them about how this is bad for business they hang up on u and then block your number and your address from ordering and delivery. U can't talk to anyone in charge, no managers or supervisors for u to talk to. DOMINO'S YOU HAVE TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR CUSTOMERS.
There are soo many pizza places in Stamford.. and for some strange reason I gave them another try.. had even worst luck.. this time I was not even able to eat the pizza.... rotten ingredient smelled bad and tasted worst.. the icing of the cake is that you call to let them know and they either hang the phone on you or just dont answer.. My God.. Im writing this experience while smelling the overcooked, rotten pinneaple from the pizza ?
I ordered $50 worth of food from this location and instructed the delivery driver to leave it on my porch. The delivery driver marked the order as delivered and then left with my food. When I called to ask where they left my food and subsequently ask for a refund, the owner started screaming at me and telling me who was going to pay for that food they made? He refused to refund my money for the food they never delivered to me. He asked if I was stupid and couldn’t understand anything. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
They threatened to call the cops on me
Horrible service they don’t wash their hands and whenever you order for delivery they don’t follow the instructions you give them and expect a tip they get mad if you don’t tip them. I told them I tipped in the app and he got mad and said that was impossible and that he wanted his tip now. Domino’s do better and hire better people. Your employees are unprofessional.
This place has blacklisted my address for over 10 years!!!!!! All because I did not tip once due to an error on their part!!!!! They tell me on the phone they do not deliver to my address!!!!!!!! The old manager once rectified this by giving me free pizza for life when he was there, but he eventually left. Whenever the drivers drive by my house to deliver to other addresses, they slow down and stare at me if I happen to be outside at the same time.
Not a first time I ordered extra cause and that was not delivered. When i tried calling the store they would not puck up. Terrible service
4th of July offcourse late ...have few people with us.its was almost 12 at night they still got the order ..and were nice to us.it was aong day for them..and food was great definitely recommending this place. Thanks guys
