The fact that there were so many bugs as you can see on the glass was a huge turn off. Not to mention the horrid smell as you enter into the store. The health inspectors need to come out to this place! I can’t believe that they were still serving customers. So disgusted.
I have gone here periodically and my family goes often. Our last time, I had a small cup that appeared to be partially filled. The kid was obviously new as the other people pointed where things were. I asked him whether he was sure it was filled adequately. He insisted “yes” even though I knew otherwise - but, hey, maybe they had a new serving policy (?). But when I went outside and saw how filled my family’s cups were, we all concluded how I was robbed. I like the taste and texture - but I also like the taste of other ice creams - Carvel, Gophers, BR. At least those others don’t under-fill their servings. For shame Coldstone!

I Love this ice cream but the last time that l was there l use the bathroom and l observed that it was disgusting around the faucets, walls, floors out of the bathroom is the same everything is very dirty. I dont think l am yo come back.
Rude employee closed the door in my face, 9 minutes before closing. Very disappointed especially because I bring my daughters for ice cream often.
WORST ICE CREAM I'VE EVER HAD. First of all, none of the ice cream was actually solid. Everything was melting inside of the case and all of the flavors were mixing together. Facility was disgusting, run down, and I felt quite unsafe. Staff was incredibly rude. I paid $20 for three small cups just to throw all of them out right away. Absolutely digusting.
It's not that it's bad, it's just that there are better Ice Cream places to go to if you live in Stamford. I've went here once, the Ice Cream was mediocre, I did not go back. Dairy Queen and Gofer will always have my heart, sorry Cold Stone.
