First time trying Chopt today. I ordered a salad with chicken which was very disappointing. There were only a few flecks of chicken and the lettuce was almost.soggy. Salad dressing was flavorless. Too many other places with great salads in the neighborhood. Won't be going back to Chopt..
I was running errands the other day and needed to pick up a quick salad. I popped into Chopt Stamford, the door was open. Michelle greeted me with with a smile, and made the best kale caesar with avocado salad. I realized while she was making the salad I was there before they had officially opened for the day. Thanks Michelle for going above a beyond.
I have tried these salads a few times and they are always just lettuce with a bit of toppings. They always forget the bread. Very disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and head to Sweetgreens.
It’s happiness in bowl, 100%. Favorite salad place with decent prices considering the nutritional value. At this location, staff are also very kind and considerate. Highly recommend.

Truly an amazing experience with this location. Staff is amazing and ensures they take care of your every need. As someone who frequently asks questions, the staff members are diligent with answering any questions I may have, while also providing the utmost service. Osci (not sure if that's the right name) made our delicious salads. It was my first time and she was very patient explaining everything to me. I'm enjoying it right now. Great value.

The young girl with the poofy hair was phenomenal. Took me through every step of the order and was very accommodating. I believe she’s a manager. Her name was Lila or something like that. You do not get this at fast food places anymore. Very memorable experience
