Can't get orders right. Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich used to be good. Now it's terrible.
This Burger King is a cool and clean local spot to stop and work a little. The staff here is nice and attentive.
Decent when you need a quick meal before getting on Merritt Parkway. Love Five Guys but can't ways swing $20 for a burger and fries. Chipotle and Jersey Mike's still having issues.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yesterday, I placed a mobile order at Burger King in Stamford on High Ridge Road and set it for 12:30. My boyfriend went to pick it up and he was told they couldn't find the order. I screenshot the receipt with the order items, date and time and the manager (Miguel) still said he could not find the order and would not give us the food. I then sent another screenshot of the email confirmation and said how my card was charged for the order and he said no, he still wouldn't do it. He was giving my boyfriend a hard time for about 15 minutes so I called him and spoke to him. He was VERY rude, patronizing, unsympathetic, uncaring and condescending. It was the worst customer service I ever experienced. I explained 50 times to him that I placed the order, I PAID for it and I sent him all this proof and he wouldn't budge. Keep in mind that I order from here 2-3 times a week so the workers know me and my boyfriend and know I wouldn't be trying to scam free food. I explained this to the manager too and he said I would have to place another order. I said no because I didn't want to be charged twice and I would lose the deal I used for fries and that's unfair. He basically said that was my problem and was what I had to do. I kept fighting with him so he said he would call burger king customer support to verify the order. This took another 10 minutes at least. He didn't even spell my name correctly to the guy but they were able to verify the order in the system but said I wasn't charged. I told him I WAS charged because it was on my bank account and he said no so after back and forth arguing, I had to place another order. I couldn't use the deal again so I had to pay extra and he didn't care. I checked and sure enough, my card was charged twice. This whole thing took about 35 minutes with my boyfriend just waiting there and me waiting on the phone arguing and then we had to wait longer for my second order to be made. We were offered NO reimbursement and not even an apology. He didn't even give my boyfriend a free drink for the trouble that was THEIR fault, not mine. He didn't even give me an extra chicken nugget! I am appalled by this horrible customer service and rude manager. The way he spoke to me and handled this situation is unacceptable. I've never heard of a company offering no compensation for a problem that was their fault and from the way he spoke to me. I believe his name was Miguel. I think he's the manager and the only man working there. This was wrong on so many levels and I should not have been treated that way.
Ever since they remodeled this place and fired all of the old staff who worked in the old run down version this BK has vastly improves. They are friendly and quick to greet.
We needed HARDY sustenance. The Whopper with cheese and medium fries did the job.
Found it awkward to social distance and keep your place in line. Was a bit confusing as to who had ordered online and was waiting for food, vs people who were in an ordinary line to order food.
Good place to eat if you want good quality food.
