Very disappointing. Stood at the hostess table for 10 minutes waiting to be greeted and nobody ever came over to greet us. Several employees glanced over at us from a distance, but never came over to seat us. For a restaurant/bar that advertises as much as they do, you would think that they would at least have someone there to acknowledge you when you walk in. I was brought in by an advertisement on the radio and I was basically given the notion by staff that we were unwelcome there. Maybe they can spend less on advertising and more on a hostess next time
We booked a high top table for 5 when we arrived for our reservation we were told “you can not have a high top they are all reserved” we showed the person seating us our reservation. And we’re rudely told “that’s only a request” and all the high tops were already reserved. We asked to speak with the manager. A woman named jax or Jessica could not understand her name was so rude to us we asked if she was the manager she said she was and we asked again and she said let me get the manager. A man came over and she kept rudely telling him “I told them they can’t have a high top they are 5 and didn’t let him even speak.We wanted this table to have a good view of the tv but we’re offered only a table in the back with a limited view of the big screens.I have never been talked to in such a rude manner by any staff of any restaurant I have ever been to.

Staff stood in the back talking to each other the whole time we were there. Ate my whole dinner with no drink.
This place was so fun BUT I’m so unhappy with how they treat their staff. Came here for march madness final four and went upstairs. Went to the bar and Katie B was amazing but was the only person working a bar that had over 40 people to be served. The guy serving the upstairs section was also so on it and able to serve everyone so quickly but should have definitely had more help. I’m so impressed with how they handled such an insane load of clients. Katie was so kind through the clear insane burden she was going through and got us our drinks so quickly. Once Bobby decides to staff his workers so they’re supported, I’ll come back.
Cool place to watch sports with multiple tv setup. Service was very mediocre. We basically had to beg the waitress for drinks and food. She forgot our food and drinks multiple times. I asked for dessert never got it. Very dissatisfied with the service.
Really awesome place to grab drinks and watch the games. Not a complaint in the world about this place. We weren’t rushed out when we sat down, they know you’re there to watch the games. Highly recommend the Vanilla Coke and the wings.
Great atmosphere and food. Coconut Thai Shrimp is amazing. Amazing spot to catch sports.
