Best of the local storefront Chinese I've found for take-out. Shrimp with walnuts and eggplant were both well spiced and prepared, good quality ingredients. The room for dine-in is basic, but the food was good.
The Crab Rangoon there is bomb!! I ordered a few things from there, but that Crab Rangoon was delicious!!
Best sushi place in norwalk/Stamford. Even the boba is good. The people inside are also friendly! If ya want to spice up your life, be sure to try the godzilla roll. ?
I will never order form them again. I have been a customer since they were on Elm Street. Since their move their orders have been wrong and delivery late. Today, I ordered and after an hour I called and they told me they had not even started making my order. So, so disappointing.
For a pan-Asian spot, this restaurant does quite a few things well. Here's the down-low on what we liked and didn't the two times we've ordered so far:Liked: steamed pork dumplings are old-school - doughy, flavorful, filling; wonton egg drop soup - serious comfort food, mild, slippery and soothing; drunken noodles - fresh, spicy, and surprisingly light for a noodle dish; bok choy with fresh garlic and ginger - super-fresh, flavorful, bright and light; hot and sour soup - filled with all kinds of different mushrooms and tofu, not too corn-starchy. This restaurant does American-Chinese standards really competently.Didn't like: egg rolls - stuffed entirely with shredded cabbage, no pork, no flavor; anything with szechuan peppercorn - not spicy, not at all szechuan-flavored.We will keep ordering from here when we want straightforward American-Chinese food. I hope they consider using a different egg roll company so those could be better.
