Stopped by for brunch for the first time. Absolutely amazing! The best authentic Spanish food that I have had outside of Spain. Must have the Olive Oil Cake, Steak and Eggs, French Toast, Empanadas, and everything else on the menu! Everything was fantastic and service was very good.
Today was a wonderful day to be at this spot. The outside dining had a good vibe although it was a bit breezy. The servers were excellent and courteous. Shout out to Liam, Amanda and Miguel - you're awesome!!! The food was fantastic and the selection was vast. My favorites were the crispy calamari, bikini, steak pillars and my faavvvvvorite dessert - the Olive Oil Cake. You have got to try this cake!! The pricing is moderate and well worth it. I will be back soon Barcelona!!!
Every tapas that we ordered was delicious, cocktails were spot on and well made, olive cake with ice cream was a delectable treat. However, service was a bit slow towards the end; had to wait a while for the bill and coffee which I was told a fresh pot of it was being made. Staff was friendly and attentive and checked on us periodically. Would definitely go back again!
Me and my family recently visited Stamford and had dinner at Barcelona. I can’t say enough positive things from the food to the ambience to the service. One individual in particular, Omar, really stood out. His friendly demeanor made us feel so taken care of and his smile really lights up the room. Wonderful experience all around!
Excellent service. Jane is a special kind of employee that all employers want. Great knowledge of the product, very personable, and a great saleswoman. Excellent food. Everything we tried was delicious. The olive oil cake was incredible. Great cocktails and an awesome collection of Spanish wines. Overall a great experience and we look forward to returning for another date night!
Up until the seafood paella, I would have easily given a four or five star review. Our four tapas were delicious. Then comes the $56 main course, Horrible, because it was irrefutably overcooked, the rice dry on top, burnt black and stuck to the pan on the bottom. Seafood also dry and overcooked, mussels stuck flat in their shells, the calamari unchewable. Our very attentive waiter valiantly did his best to assure us it was meant to be that way. We know better. Plus the couple next to us was enjoying a vegetable paella as moist and fluffy as ours was dry and burnt. I ate what I could because I was hungry; my daughter found it inedible and had to order another dish. Certainly adding unnecessarily to our bill. Very disappointing. Especially since so much else was lovely.
Great food and drinks! Our waiter was very friendly and helpful! He recommended us great options at the establishment and was a delight the whole time there.
Such a great dinner here. They have so many options to choose from. The staff is very knowledgeable and great with recommendations. For drinks, we got the dos peninsulas (10/10), summer street swing (5/10, tasted like vodka lemonade), and a bottle of the Aylin (7/10 affordable but also a little cheap, nutty hints). For food we got the Gambas (AMAZING 11/10), beef empanadas (10/10 could have had 20), patatas bravas (10/10), mushroom croquetas (8/10 good but weird texture and very heavy), short ribs (7/10, good but for the price not great), hummus (5/10), San símon cheese (4/10) and salcgichón de Vic (5/10 tasted just like TJs). Overall definitely excited to come back and try more of the menu!
I came here last week and it was a dining experience like no other. It was a Friday night so there was a wait to be seated at a table but the staff kept us entertained with conversation and recommendations about the menu and different drink options. We interacted mostly with the manager Brandon along with Adam and Jocelyn. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about everything there was to offer. Food and drinks exceeded expectations. Overall amazing experience, highly recommend.
Went in Saturday for a nice meal out was super crowed, the managers Brandon and Harold made sure I had a great experience even while waiting for a seat gave some sangria and some small plates of food as well. The staff was very welcoming even though they were extremely busy. Overall wonderful and would recommend this spot to anyone for a nice night out.
