We recently had a family gathering at Bar Rosso and it truly exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible, very fresh and delicious. The drinks were delectable and the service was top notch. This is a hidden gem in Stamford, I highly recommend it!!
I love this place. All the plates I’ve tried it’s amazingly good and the food has a high quality that you can taste it on each bite. It’s never a wrong choice to come eat here when I’m craving pasta and seafood.
One of the worst bar experiences to be had. Bartender has a major attitude and repeatedly ignores women at the bar and serves men that come in after he has said he will serve you. If you go in as a female with the mentality that a man will have all conversations at the bar, you will be fine. Also, wine was skunked and he got a huge attitude about that. Much more to be said but will leave it at that.
Delicious food. Great brunch spot. Live dj sets a great vibe for brunch. Bottomless mimosas and good vibes.

I had a reservation for 10 for a family get together at this restaurant. Had family coming in from out of town. They cancelled my reservation on the SAME day of my reservation. I was told that because of Santacon, they were cancelling all reservations for that evening. I had to scramble to make another reservation for a larger party on a Saturday night.On top of that, I was told that I was going to be given a gift certificate to make up for the cancellation and no one ever got back to me.Rude and inconsiderate. Never again.
A group of 7 of us came in and I ordered a steak and was told "We are out of Steak". To my amazement the waiter was very non apologetic and after we ordered other food we were told that he was doing us a favor by giving us all our separate checks. I was floored. Worst experience ever and to top it off they had a fire in the fireplace out on the patio and it blew through the cracks in the window sill and basically smoked us out. Not a good experience with us and wouldn't recommend.
… with separate room upstairs. Quite loud accoustics. Starters and main dishes decent for such a place. Service was a bit slow, but friendly overall.
Decent food and alcohol selection but limited beer selection. The food was very poorly cooked. Somehow the same order of brussel sprouts had some that were undercooked and some that were overcooked and soggy. Meat was unflavorful and overcooked.
