You would never know by the outside, but this place has Incredible coffee. Amazing selection of beans ROASTED IN HOUSE!!! go here for coffee today and support local immigrant owned businesses instead of massive chains like Dunkin and Starbucks.
You guys have it all, the only issue being a consistent menu. I know you can make older types of items but there is a lack of a menu period.Food joints without fixed menus are usually a red flag but everything they cook is good.Just wish they still had the donuts and stepped the pastry game back up to when they first opened
Ordered a vegan chocolate cake for a birthday and it was delicious. Non-vegan eaters also enjoyed it. Will definitely be back.
The last few times I’ve picked up breakfast from bakers cafe something is wrong. Ex. Added meat to my egg & cheese, baked goods were stale, and today my sandwich had black chucks of avocado, clearly bad and not a result of oxidation. They are extremely inconsistent when it comes to what bakery and menu items they have. I really wanted to love this place and have given it multiple tries but after the rotten avocado today I am done. Their coffee is good but if you want decaf they don’t serve it on a regular basis. The staff is friendly which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
Absolutely fabulous!! A hidden gem on East Main St in Stamford a MUST TRY. There is even parking!!
One of Stamford's best Cuban sandwiches. Had a slice of the ? needed more sauce but crust is crispy and chewy. There's care in what they do. Great location with parking which is a rare plus for Stamford. Will definitely be back.

This shop is becoming a must go for my coffee on my days off from work. I been lucky they had the Guatemalan brew the few times I been there. It's an amazing coffee that leaves you with a nice after taste and the tres leches cake is one of the best in the area.

We came to Stamford Connecticut for a road trip. As we arrived to the area I googled to see places to have breakfast. Well, Baker's Cafe came in third on the list of places. My son's and I came here for breakfast. My little one wanted pancakes but wasn't on their menu. The waitress and chef went above and beyond to make it possible by making him two delicious pancakes. We enjoyed everything! It was absolutely so yummy that we cleaned our plates (we really did). This place is very accommodating, kind, family oriented, friendly, and have fast service. Thank you so much for being so attentive & welcoming. We will be returning to this exquisite cafe/bistro when we come back to Stamford.PS: The new home fries are out of this world!
