Our favorite froyo... That's all that needs to be said!
I go into the store. It’s empty except for an employee sitting down at a table.I go grab a cup and proceed to start making my fro yo.Employee gets up and starts making some fro yo as well.She beats me to the counter.I think nothing off it.Her fro yo cup is on the scale and another employee is tinkering with the register.I attempt to go to the next register.They tell me no you can use this one.Mind you I never saw her pay.I put mine on the scale and she tells me $10.40.I didn’t have a lot of fro yo or toppings.But I did have a long day at work.I didn’t realize that I got hustled until I got home. I can’t believe employees are charging customers for their personal fro yo.This happened today @447pm 11/18/21.Owner might wanna check the camera and receipts for employees not paying for their froyo and adding their orders to customers orders.I didn’t have 2 cups. I had 1 small cup.I’ve been going to 16 handles for years.Never have I paid $10 for a 1 small cup. That’s absurd.Perhaps the 2nd cup you’re referring too is the employees that I paid for.Obviously you didn’t review the transaction if you’re telling me that 2 cups cost $10 and I’m telling you I only purchased 1 small cup.
They charged $38 (with a $5 discount) for 2 9-oz tubs of frozen yogurt with 4 toppings, then they blamed it on DoorDash ($7 in total fees). From my daughter, a 12 year old. Just look at the receipt if you don’t believe me. Stay away from this place, bring your business somewhere else.EDIT: funny answer from the owner: DoorDash charged $7 and I should bring it up to them??? What about the $30 for 18oz of frozen yogurt YOU charged????Again, my recommendation is: BRING YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Clean shop with the best tasting yogurt and toppings. My go to stop. I get them delivered at least once a week if I’m feeding lazy to walk over.

Yummy fro yo place with lots of dairy free and gluten free options! Lots of toppings too. A little untidy but very helpful staff! I would go here again.
I love 16 handles and I’ve eaten at different locations, but I found this one to be very dirty. The fruit was noticeably rotting there, with bugs flying around and the hot fudge was more like a brown water that I regretted adding in my bowl.
Go to place for frozen yogurt. Spacious and nice ambience. Good selection of flavors.

They have little kids working there that don’t wanna help I asked for a take home of a flavor that was not in the already in the fridge, they usually make it for me when I ask and today the girl said no that she couldn’t the store was not busy, she just didn’t wanna make it so she told me to check back during the week. So rude it would have taken a second to make the take home tub.
