Went through the drive thru to get a frostycino and was told they don’t make those here. It was on the drive thru menu so obviously they make them there. They were just too lazy to make one….
For fast food it was good good people clean environment great place to have lunch
No straw, no napkins and I always have to ask for my beverage. Consistently poor service overall. Sorry to have bothered you.
Worst place! I’m a truck driver lobby closed walked up to the window and they would not take my order! Horrible customer service!!!
The order taker had a difficult time even taking our order. Just about every table was dirty. Also witnessed one of the employees putting cheese on a cup of chili with her bare hands!! I think a member of management needs to retrain the employees. Most of the employees were just standing around talking when they could of least cleaned the tables.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve had. They literally forgot all the important accessories. They toys in the kids meal, the sauces for the nuggets. The bacon on the bourbon bacon burger. On the baconator fries they just laid strips of bacon on top. Everything was cold and soggy. Nuggets were dried out pucks. I worked at Wendy’s in high school and this was well below standard. Not something you’d expect since this is considered a new Wendy’s, usually it takes years to sink to this level Of low. I usually don’t write reviews but judging by the other reviews nothing is changing.
I ordered baconator fries and it tasted like they were literally soaked in salt. You can see the salt grains in the actual fry.
The fries really are better now !! I keep forgetting how expensive it is to eat at Wendy's but worth it. Friendly staff. Quick service
Closes at 1 am yet went through the drive through at 11:30pm and they didn't have any fries, potatoes, or Chilli ?♀️
Went through the drive thru amd was shocked thats its over $12 for a Dave's double meal. No value at all in that. Staff was efficient only reason for not getting 1 star. Burger King is half the price down the street.
