Food was cold employees are lost and don't care about their jobs. Horrible experience too many places on Queen Street to go back there
Just moved to Southington, first time at this wendys.. and already a bad experience.. ordered completely messed up, and the attitude sucks.... definitely won't stop here again
Place my order, my order came out to $31.61. I gave the cashier $41.61. She asked if i wanted the $1 back. I said NO, i want the $10 back. Had an attitude, rolled her eyes. Basic math, the conputer does it for you.Lobby is a mess. Soda machine very dirty, tables on the top and underneath dirty. It was slow enough for someone to come and clean.Sitting at one of the clean tables waiting for our food. No call outs saying order is ready, just on counter. Looked over the food. Asked for 4pc and 6pc nugget, got 2 4pc nuggets. Once again got an attitude and rolling of the eyes. Also had to go up 2x to ask for extra napkins because the napkin holders were empty.Not coming back.Very dirty store and not welcoming employees.
Dining room was disgusting. Everyone working there was moping around like they were in a concentration camp. The girl at the register kept having to have the "manager" (and I use that term loosely) come over and fix things. Empty napkin dispensers, No, not because of the devil known as Covid, because cleaning tables and filling napkin dispensers is a daunting task that simply cannot be done. This Wendy's isn't in the inner city. It's Southington! Dave is up in Heaven weeping.
Food taste old they always get the orders wrong and never given a smile went back today nothings change manager is rude and mad at me because I came back around because they ddnt give me my burger in my biggie bag im so done with this wendys
I live 5 min from Wendy's in Plainville Ct but dont bother going their anymore. The lines are overwhelming. I go to WENDY'S in Southington Ct ,a 15 min ride, where there is a quick drive through, small lines and easy out.I've sat inline in Plainville for 15 minutes whereas Southington is only 5.
Order messed up. . .again. placed a $40 order and one meal, 10 chic nuggets wasn't there. Drove back 5 miles to get them. Though staff was pleasant, apologized.
Asked for napkins because there where none in dinning room the girl gave me 1 napkin and there was 2 of us eating not very friendly when I asked for another one the girl just looked at me didn't say nothing ...another girl had to give me some

I view Wendy's as one of the most versatile fast food choices available. They are often the best value of the bunch.
