I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am with this place, and it also pains me to be even writing this review considering I have been a regular here for years, my group of friends I frequent with have been coming here for longer much longer. My wife and I came here yesterday after not having gone for a few months. We used to love everything about this place, but now they have restrictions that defeat the purpose of an all you can eat.Two major flaws that attributed to our less than satisfactory experience, something I have never felt once in the 6 years I've been coming here:1. There is now a limit on the number of sashimi you can order. You can only order 8 pieces per person. For us who are big into the raw sashimi and don't care much for rolls, this was crushing.2. You can only have 2 orders per table. Yes, that is correct, you can't order more than 2 times. When we sent in our second menu, the server came back and told us we're not getting another menu so to order as much as you can.To add injury to insult, we were hoping to finish off what was to be our last trip here with a green tea ice cream, and it tasted like it was pistachio ice cream. I know that the restaurant had gone through a change in ownership during the pandemic, but things have really changed for the worse. Times are tough, but it's sad to see the direction they've taken.
Terrible service. We had a party of 8. Waitresse was miserable. Left off some of our food we ordered. Food itself was ok nothing to write home about. They added tip after adding tax ?? Do not recommend this place.
The food was good. Service was a little slow, there was only one person taking care of 5 tables and taking phone calls while I was there. The prices seemed a bit too high. Glad I tried it but I probably wouldn't go back or recommend.
Literally the best fried rice ever! Sushi is amazing and I used Uber eats! Absolutely would recommend to my family and friends.
Bad service bad food! Save your money and go somewhere else
My boyfriend and I love this place!! It is a very home filled vibe family restaurant. The server is attentive and kind, the sushi quality is amazing, and the appetizers are delicious. Definitely a hidden gem and worth a try!
Trash place. We went there tonight for all you can eat sushi, except it is not. We went there in the past, so we assumed it was still the same. Now our unhappy waitress circled with a red pen this sentence on our order form- limit of 2 order sheets per table. We ordered hot tea- it came more like hot water with absolutely no color or flavor. I guess the sushi was ok, but if someone telephoned with their order , they make you wait more until they prepare that order. Not once were we asked if everything was ok. No extra tea, or wasabi or maybe extra napkins. We received 1 napkin each- is that like super expensive now? Never again. Do not recommend.
Absolutely love eating here. Last time we went the sushi, rolls, sashami, everything was absolutely awesome. And they are always friendly.
Tokyo is a great place for Japanese food from sushi ? and sashimi to a full hibachi show. I have never been disappointed by the food or the service.
Menu items are greatly reduced. Seems like 1/3 menu missing. Was told only can order three times from menu. Wife and I paid @ $60 including two cans of soda. Add $10 tip. Says all you can eat sushi. Only the woman and a a sushi guy were seen. 30 min wait for food. Wasn't busy. We used to go once or twice a month. Doubt ever will go back. Got cheaper and more varied menu's in other restaurants to check out. Food is avg. You get what you pay for.
