HORRIBLE. They say they're open for breakfast and they NEVER ready or either they're inside but they don't wanna answer. Seriously? What kind of clowns run this taco bell here?
More people jumping out of the drive thru than ordering.SLOWEST taco bell ever.
AVOID. Take the time and drive five minutes further. Checked my order in the parking lot. Missing half the food items. Went right back in. Doors locked. Went to drive through. Was told there was no more food. It was 8 exactly. They told me to “call the app” and get a refund. SERIOUSLY???!!!
The crew was suffering from some difficulties, such as a missing delivery truck. They handled it well. Seriously impressive!Thank you, Thursday night crew for going beyond!
February 22 I made 3 orders of Tacos Locos and I go to the restaurant to collect it, I spent almost 1 hour waiting for them to give me my order, and I only got one, there are no Tacos Locos, I thought that with time they would return the money and today I check and they place an order Complete, what an abuse.Si
This Taco Bell has the longest wait time. Horrible customer service. Waited for over 15 minutes after payment was received...and they just stood and blocked the window. Finally received our order and it was wrong...and missing items.
My boyfriend and I went through the drive through tonight after visiting my sister in southington. The chick in the drivethrough was rude as hell. I didn’t get her name but she was white I’d say medium height with black hair. Not only did she smell like alcohol (my man said cuz he was in the drivers seat) but she had a major attitude problem. I told my sister about her and apparently she’s had problems with her before as well and said that girl is the reason she and her friends dont go to that location anymore. I almost left without my food with how mad this girl was making me but I already paid so I wasn’t gonna waste my money. If your company doesn’t wanna loose customers I would seriously consider getting rid of her. she clearly thinks she’s all that but the drinking on the job part is very unprofessional. I didn’t need her attitude either. I won’t be back to that location and I suggest others don’t as well if you don’t wanna deal with her rudeness
Good, but my soda cup was filled to the rim with ice so I had like one sip of soda. I went through the drive thru so I didn't realize it until too late.
The food was delicious but waiting in the drive thru for 1/2 hour just to order and pick-up the food.?I know they are short staffed and we're in a pandemic but when the sign on the window says something on the lines of " we promote mask wearing and workers are wearing the mask under the nose or as a chin diaper, management needs to take notice and remind them.?
