This place is on Doordash. I placed an order 2 hours before they close. After an hour of waiting I get a call from Doordash saying the order was cancelled by the restaurant. The restaurant doesn’t participate with Doordash I later found out.I was going to take the review down but I’m leaving this one up after being personally attacked on Facebook by someone associated with this place, Ben Goldstein, a clearly unstable human being who bullies customers for sharing their opinions.
Good local place!Great local eats. Opted for the special, hamburger steak, and had to try a famous hotdog.Special prices are fantastic. This would 100% be a regular eatery for me if it were local. Simple, very good food at a great price.Staff was great. Those ladies were running themselves thin. And I have to recognize the 3 guys on the cook line. They had a ton of orders from phone calls to dine in. The never missed a beat. Well done, gents.Overall, given the pricepoint this would be a hard local business to beat. Good experience and will be on the list the next time I visit this part of CT!

Saints is consistently good. Hometown feel inside and friendly service. It's not high class cuisine, just good all around food. Cheeseburger club was cooked medium as ordered and is a good size triple decker sandwich. Really can't go wrong the with cheeseburger club here. The Philly Steak sandwich is filled with thin steak, melted cheese and fried onions on a toasted grinder roll. The combo of the toasted roll and the other stuff is a perfect match. The Saint's menu says (Best in CT!). I haven't had enough Philly Steak sandwiches in CT to confirm that, but it is pretty darn good! Downside at Saint's the inside of the restaurant is freezing cold!! and the french fries are just not that good. If Saint's improves on their fries they would get into the 6 star range :)
Great little gem! Great customer service and food is very good. One of my favorites is the mandarine grilled chicken salad. Staff is so friendly.
Decent food and service for an old school diner. They were incredibly busy and the parking lot is tiny, so beware of that. I had to circle the lot 3 times before someone left and I could park (would've just gone somewhere else, but I was meeting people there ??♀️)
This place is what you call a hidden gem ! After trying to find somewhere to sit and eat a nice brunch I landed myself here and even tho it was busy , customer service here was excellent ! The foooood itself was even better , I will def be coming here again
It’s unfortunate that I have to give this 1 star review as I WAS a regular customer here, the food is great, good enough for me and my entire office building to eat at twice a week. Unfortunately the customer service is terrible, specifically from the owners wife (the owner himself is wonderful). I was charged extra money for items that I did not order or want. After pointing out the mistake I was only refunded a partial amount, being told that the physical menus did not have the correct prices and that I needed to use the pricing on their online menu (I think they were hoping I’d drop it, but I checked their online menu) The online menu confirmed that I was still owed change which i was not given. The amount of money was fairly trivial as well, I would have left the full amount of change as an additional tip if given the correct amount just for doing the right thing, but unfortunately being told I was wrong over and over lost them a big customer, no one at my office will be eating here in the future because of the service received. The issue was not at all about the money, but simply the principle that they should have tried to fix the mistake.
Found thos place while working in the area. Being a Detroit area native , we know our Coneys. Gotta say Saints has a great coney. Homemade toasted buns and homemade sauce is an awesome rendition of the classic coney. And the 10' skin on dogs!! Wow.
Let’s start with the best 10” hot dog with homemade meat sauce. Then let’s go to a fabulous burger. Fresh ground primo burger and then great French fries. Friday’s they have homemade baked Mac and cheese. Unbelievable!! Prices are good! Service excellent too.
