How do you run out of chicken and soda? Those are like what you're all about.Responding to the owner: Then you need to start telling that to the girls running the drive through who tell me that they're out of soda and chicken for the sandwiches I always order. The sandwiches are great when I can get one.
Went to the drive they today close to 12 pm. The lady on the speaker politely asked me to wait while she helped another guest. When she returned she was very helpful and made a great suggestion to me about the strawberry lemonade (frozen). The food was hot and fresh. And she had a beautiful smile and myself and my husband left feeling amazing. We are visiting from the south so this was like being back home.
Staff was polite but dining room was closed do to staffing. Not a big deal since we planed to eat outside anyways but still required my to burn up gas using the drive through. Food is good and everything was hot. I did get a crispy chicken instead of the spicy chicken. This might have been do to the call box constantly switching on and off.Great option for a tasty meal. We opted to eat here after visiting nearby Lake Comounce
The chicken sandwiches made at this location are sooooo much crispier and lighter than any other location that I’ve been to.Their customer service was very nice, and the other food (Mac n’ cheese and nuggets) that I had was also the best I’ve had from Popeyes.
We went to try there tackle box special was very good .staff was nice,quick service.place was clean.will go again .a little pricy but satisfied with the food.
The food was disgusting I got the 16 piece family meal the rice was hard the food was old.... My entire family was sick the next day... They will never get my business again
Hard to say that this is a familly friendly establishment. People behind the counter dropping F bombs and swearing. The women who took our order gave my wife a huge attitude, and to top it all off..The manager could care less when he was right beside her.I love popeyes, but.. this establishment could use a revision on management. No manager should allowing disrespect or swearing on front of children.
This location the associates were extremely nice. It could've been a little cleaner though. The tables needed some cleaning. Food was good though.
so last night i ordered 3 boxes.. while ordering the cashier said to me Your killing me like she didnt want to take my order.. and I was missing 3 sides!! Horrible experience, all of them hand no hair nets, long hair everywhere is there no manger at night .. I live 5 min from the on west main in new britain and i dont go there because of the service,. this popeyes was the best popeyes around!! Disappointing.. and my husband also got sick last night from the food. Terrible!!! My husband is GM for dunkin and he was also surprised he was being very polite with them and all these girls was doing was being so sassy but as soon as i asked for the receipt the girl at window with her hair in a braided ponytail put a smile on and sad have a nice night.
Let me just say that I will not be returning. Ordered a 16 piece family meal with 3 sides and all the sides were half way full in the container. Nothing was full even after the long wait time. Very disappointed with that considering I was feeding a family of 5.
