Panera always has great, fresh foods but my only hesitation is the increased prices over the last 2-3 years. What was once $6-7 is now $10-12. This decreased our visits.
Great food, order is always correct. Wish there was more value for the price, and the experience was a little more personal. Last couple visits, I didn't interact with a human at all.
Late lunch. Would not all Panera a place for dinner . It is great for a light bite. Noticed serving sizes are smaller

This place is the best Panera in CT in my opinion. It always has polite, friendly, patient, and cheerful staff. It's always well stocked and maintained even at busy times. This location has given me the best Panera experiences I've had and is part of the reason I keep coming back over and over. ?
The two young girls at the window today Janies and Coco they the best. They really nice and fast. Best experience I had.
The Southfield Panera was pretty typical of Panera. Service for an online order was quick. The restaurant was clean and the food was fine
This Panera is usually not crowded, and has been clean and quiet every time I go in. Some of the staff are helpful, but some ignore me or don't seem to care about customer service. The coffee and bakery food is good, but not much gets made and it runs out frequently. My Rapid Pick Up orders are seldom checked for accuracy. Still, I'll keep going there.
They can’t even “bread slice” a bagel, Literally on Paneras website it says you can get your bagels “bread sliced”, yet somehow no employees or the manager could figure it out, GREAT SERVICE!!
The customer service is amazing and the food is delicious. Everyone in there is always nice.
