I don't like to complain but overall not a good experience. We walked in for our reservation and they wouldn't seat us until our entire party was there. Ok fine but it would've been nice to sit and have a drink while we waited the few minutes until they got there. Once we sat down service was good. However, Food was overcooked and very small portion of meat for what you pay. The icing on the cake was when I asked to keep the itemized receipt and she ripped it out of my hands and said I couldn't have it. Thinking she didn't want me to see that she had already added an 18% gratuity, which is her loss because we would've still tipped in addition to that. Left a bad taste and won't be back.

The owner or manager was very rude to me and my family. As delicious as the food is, I will not go again. Other times we have gone to eat there, you feel that you cannot eat in peace, the employees have their eyes on you. They are also rushing you to eat, pay and leave.

Dinner with me and my 2 sons. The check was more than I expected, but I paid it anyway. Because of the amount, I could not afford a tip this time. The waitress chased us out the door demanding a tip. She pretended she didn't understand me, but she clearly spoke English very well during our dinner. Later, I read some reviews and learned this place adds 15% tip without telling you and then expects you to leave more tip on the receipt. I did the math later (since they did not give me an itemized check), and sure enough, my check was more than expected because the waitress already added 15% to the check. And then proceeded to chase after us out the door demanding more. Unbelievable! I hear Sake in Wethersfield is a great place. I told my brother what happened and he told me Sake is his go-to place. Good to know. We're going there from now on.

Love the food it’s very tasty and atmosphere is awesome. The cook we had was funny and very interactive with the table. I gave 4 starts because we should choose how much we tip.

I wish I can give this place 10 stars, first of all the service is great, the server who took care of us was super funny and nice, I ordered the sushi deluxe and it was amazing, I tried the hibachi from my wife and it was also delicious, GREAT PLACE ?

Food was great. Delicious and tasty but we had some stupid incident at the end.Waitress brought check for us. It was 91.25$.Below that price was 106.25$. That price included 15$ tip.We gave them 100$ and said thank you no change.She than came back and was frustrated that we didnt pay right amount.She was telling us that we should pay 106.25 and than add tip.We discussed and showed her that she is mistaken but she couldnt understand us.We were even more frustrated. I wanted to live just exact 91.25$ but my family said screw that and we just left with that 100$ and left place.Except that incident, this place is really nice with really good food, but cmon..please pay more attention to your waitress..

This place used to be awesome, but recently went for the first time in about a year and it has gone downhill. We ordered Kani salads, habachi and a sushi roll. Kani salad was watery and recipe was changed. They brought our habachi which we ate and servers cleared the plate, yet me never got the roll. I asked to cancel the roll since no one came to check on us once the food was out and they refused. Waitress was rude and pushy. Also beware they now add on 18% tip automatically and then bring the credit card slip with a tip line which you don't even have to sign. Sketchy. Very disappointed from what it used to be. Won't be back.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve gone to Noble’s since 2009-2010. I love their food and the owner was always a nice man. Well I don’t know if they changed their policies or if he just hired some incredibly rude people, but they almost just ruined my Valentine’s Day and have lost my patronage. I called on Monday to make a reservation for tonight. I didn’t want to sit at the hibachi tables because I wanted a little more romance of just my husband and I sitting together. They told me regular tables are walk in only. I mentioned coming for valentines and they said they’d make the reservation. Well I call today to confirm for tonight and I’m told no such reservation has been made and was rudely told I would need to make a hibachi table reservation or stick with walk in. My husband called back after we discussed it and just asked what time they would be busy so we could plan for walk in and the guy wouldn’t answer just kept saying “walk in only”. Ok well we just made a reservation for a regular table at a different hibachi place and will no longer come back. Thanks!

Shady business practices. The menu advertises 30% off Sushi rolls Sunday-Thursday but the list price is the supposed discount. However, that is not the worst of it. The receipt that is presented to you after they run your card includes 18% tip and if you are not careful they trick you into putting an additional tip amount on the blank tip line.

It was so good steak we had here. It perfect and very tasty. Nice place, clean and surrounded by friendly staff.
