We love the New Mill ! Going to the bar for a drink and apps or dining at a table for fine dining you will experience friendly staff, great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Staff is well versed, trained and attentive. Our server, Lindsey, was exceptional, professional and friendly. I had the stuffed chicken (check out on the menu), my husband had sea bass both were excellent! A 10+ date night. Definitely recommend making reservations.

We love the New Mill and were thrilled to ask for a quiet table and be given a romantic, out of the way spot for our special night. The table next to us was very noisy but that was not the restaurant's fault one bit. It's so nice to be able to ask for a quiet spot and be given one! Cudos to you folks!! We started with an espresso martini, chopped salad we split and hubby had the chicken carbonara and I had the stuffed cod. Presentation, quantity and taste were all amazing. The waitress was particularly attentive and pleasant. Just love this place!!
My husbandâs order of stuffed cod was great. I ordered the stuffed chicken breast, because thatâs what I always get. This time ( 7/27), it was way over cooked. The cutlet was burnt and very dry. I have a hard time returning a meal. I was disappointed with my course. Not sure if I will be ordering that again.
Had dinner for our wedding anniversary. I had the stuffed cod, it was delicious! Husband had the Halibut and loved it also. We had bacon-wrapped scallops for an appetizer, they were very tasty although for the price I would have hoped for 6 instead of the 4 we were served. Our server was attentive and timely with all.
