They are a multi trillion dollar industry and once the minimum wage went up instead of exception and doing what's right they screwed us by increasing there prices. It's not worth it. We need to boycott them. Stop going
Don’t go to this McDonald’s. Save your money before I get stolen from you. You can’t even contact the store to get your money back, corporate does nothing for you so don’t even waste your time
Great location, very clean and bright but I left my bag on the table and have called for hours and no one answers the phone to confirm if it was found by an employee. We were not there at a busy time so Zi am hoping to get through. It is odd there is no list and found at as any McDonald’s.
I have never seen a nicer and better maintained McDonald's than this one. The staff was friendly and performed well. The restrooms were spotless and well equipped. Kudos to the management of this McDonald's and to those working there.
They never get my coffee right. Screen says 5 cream 4 sugar. They either never put sugar in it or I get the sugar but no cream. The tone generation have no clue about life .
Easy ordering at the kiosk and fast pick up at the window
Maybe I'm going a little overboard with the rating but they impressed be by messing up. I got the wrong food and walked in frustrated expecting a headache to get it resolved. I got the opposite. They immediately knew there was a problem and swiftly fixed the problem. I told them I already have my fries due to taking it from the order that was not mine. They still gave me another large fry I didn't request to right the wrong. Great job handling an upset customer lady's.
Night time is always quick and pleasant. And the food is fresh.Dunno about the daytime service.
What is it with fast food places being so awful lately? I placed an order in the McDonald's app for pickup at the New Britain Ave location in Plainville since it is closest to home. I arrived 45 minutes before closing. They were already closed - all lights off with employees sitting at tables inside.I don't get fast food often, but this has happened to me at another chain when I went around 9pm. It's like no one wants to work. Thankfully I was able to switch the order location to Southington and was able to get my food. Drive thru staff was friendly and food came out quickly, as you would expect at a fast food restaurant.
No APP participation!???Apparently, their internet connection was down ON WEDNESDAY according to the cashier. So, I did not get my app points. But, I had ask for a manager to get lower prices which were the McDonald's APP. The cashier really seemed like she did not want to give the app price or bother the manager. Bummer!I just happened to return on Saturday. And, there was a sign to deny app use. The app should warn us of these type bogus stores. At this store, they are discouraging purchases via the App. Next time I will not go to this place with a team of teens. It leaves a bad experience and bad taste in my mouth for Mc Donald's. I don't trust these people in this location. In the future, We will go down the street and eat at Taco bell or Burger King or anywhere but that location. And, we may let up to 100 other teams in just our league know their app purchases are not welcomed at that location.
