This place really needs to work on their staff in drive-thru. Two times, while moving, we stopped there for a quick bite. We were trying to make it to storage before they locked up for the night, so we had time constraints both afternoons. We had the same server both times. She confirmed our order verbally both times. And handed us a completely wrong order...BOTH times. The bags were already packed, and had receipts with them both times. Is she unable to read? I would think that would be screened for and addressed during the hiring process. Surely drive-thru is not the place to stick her. Since we had time limits, we could not go back and correct it, so we ate what was there. Won't be going back. May 30, 2-3 pm., Meriden Waterbury Rd, Plantsville, CT

One of the better McDonald's, smaller restaurant then the other McDonald's in Southington and a besides being on Meriden Waterburu turnpike, it's a ways out from any highway exits making the traffic to this McDonald's mostly locals who live in the area or prefer to drive here over Cheshire McDonald's for whatever reason they have. But my reason would be that they rarely get your order wrong and their employees are usually friendly, be sure to tip Nancy if you're ever here, she has been working here for 20 years and rarely is appreciated by the corporation though she is a kind, loving staple of this store and will always call you by name once she learns your name to do so.
Food was pretty standard. the drive thru lane was insanely long so we went indoors and were one of maybe 3 parties seated to eat. The staff was absolutely slammed.
A clean space that has decent meals that you should check out when you are in a hurry

Honestly, I go out of my way to go to the Plantsville,CT McDonalds because of the service and food quality. Always good, always fresh and always friendly!
Unlike some McDs, I never have to wait in the reserved spots for my food here. Otherwise, typical McDonald's. No complaints.
