Went l in the evening for a breakfast-for+dinner sort of scenario. Walked in and not a single person was in there. No staff that could be seen or heard and no customers that could be seen or heard. I walked past the front register, through the restaurant and kept calling out hello. No one responded. Finally had to go into the kitchen to find someone to seat us. They were startled when I opened the kitchen door. I had been standing up front for over 15 minutes so I had no choice but to go find someone. Me and my guest were the only two in the restaurant at the time and despite that both of our food was prepared wrong. How is it possible that out of two orders both are incorrect? They did remake the food and when it was made correctly it was good. However, it took forever to get the replacement dishes and a few minutes into it the waitress came and asked us if we would hurry up and finish because they were going to close early due to lack of business.uuuuummmm.... no. I went with plenty of time before they closed to order and eat and it wasn't my fault that they made the food wrong the first time and took a really long time to make it the second time. While I was finishing my food the waitress and what must have been the two people from the kitchen sat at the booth across from me and just stared waiting for me and my guest to leave so they could lock the door. It was pretty rude and uncomfortable.

Took a little while to get seated but our server was amazing and attentive. The food was amazing! And came out pretty quickly.

Pathetic customer service. No value for customers first of all. Working in a service restaurant; you expect customers to request utensils, dressings etc. Waiter tells you don’t ask for these items - Un-believable! Can’t handle a group of 10 people. You guys need to appreciate business especially from groups. Give no service & instead give attitude to customers and then expect tips which you did eventually get but don’t deserve it! Once again don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle it.

We had been seated at a booth within minutes of walking in the door.The waitress was awesome! She had a great personality and was on the ball the whole time we were there.Once we ordered our meals, it only took 15 minutes at the most to get all our meals served to us. Everything tasted great and the serving size was great for the price.I would recommend IHOP in southington, CT. If you're looking for a good meal that's not too expensive.

I haven’t eaten at ihop in a while and some of my favorites weren’t on the menu anymore. No big deal but our table was dirty and sticky. We asked for a high chair and they completely forgot we ended up grabbing it our selves. Food was ok and the coffee just didn’t seem right. Kind of upsetting because I like I hop.

Yes the food is very good. But my waitress service my food and never came back to check if I need or everything was good. Went she comes back I was already done... time here about 2:15 on 3/5/22.

Hello & good morning from the GrapeSeed. I thought this location was going to be different, but I quickly found out it was the exact same. This waitress took forever to come to us after we were seated, and then we watched a table that came after us get their food first. I’m getting fed up with these incompetent humans that are hired for these jobs, people nowadays have absolutely no brains. It’s sad. Oh well, it’s just iHop

I understand there may still be staff shortages but for pancakes and bacon it really shouldn’t take that long.The biggest reason for this review is to tell them they have an asinine business model. They had a guy doing balloons there which I did not expect. Problem is he’s only 1 guy and makes these intricate designs which take about 15 minutes per kid. We were there for over an hour and a half since the food took so long and he didn’t have time for us. My kids went from being excited with their hot cocoa and pancakes to crying that they didn’t get a balloon. We would’ve waited but he said he had 3 tables ahead of us still.

I felt so bad for the waitress. She was so apologetic because they were out of so many things but she strived to help with substations and try and make our time there good. Management should reward her.
